Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment. Please notify us of any damage within 10 days of delivery or pick up and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement. 

  • Jewelry, Gifts, Handbags and Accessories  

All jewelry, gifts, handbags, home decor and other accessories are final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please send us an email at Lmiddleton@Ltchs.comdescribing what is wrong with the item and a picture within 7 days of the package being received.

  • Clothing

All clothing items are eligible for return or exchange.

All clothing returns must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase with tags still attached. You must have the receipt for the item(s) you wish to return. Item(s) must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Returns out of the 10-day window will be eligible for store credit, with tags still attached to previous item purchased.

  • Final Sale Items

Sale Items are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges are to be made with Final Sale items. Larger amount items are Final Sale, this includes home decor, jewelry/accessories, gifts, and pre-owned vintage name brand handbags.

We do not give refunds for any returns. You will receive a website credit only, or exchange for another item.

As the customer you are responsible for all return shipping cost that may occur. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages.

  • FULL PRICE ITEMS purchased online are eligible for exchange and/or store credit ONLY. The merchandise must be shipped back to Icon within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please note that items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent. Merchandise must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear, alterations, or wash. If your return does not meet these requirements, we will notify you by email that the exchange/store credit will not be processed, and you merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, we reserve the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).  
  • We cannot accept returns on Sale or Holiday items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, we will refuse to accept the shipment. No exceptions will be made.
