Shipping policy

Please be advised that the majority of our packages are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping may necessitate additional time for delivery. Please note that once the package has left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery time by USPS.

At Icon on Taylor, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped on the following business day. During holiday seasons and promotional events, there may be a slight delay in shipping due to increased order volumes.

Our return policy is a 14-day policy. This means that you have 14 days to begin a return request after receiving your order.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding $100. Shipping costs are calculated before taxes are applied.

For expedited shipping, we offer flat-rate shipping at $10 for 3-7 business-day delivery.

Shipping Carriers The majority of our shipments will be handled through USPS Priority Mail. If you require an alternative delivery method, please contact us at LMiddleton@IconOnTaylor.com to arrange for UPS shipping. Larger or high-value orders may be shipped via UPS.

Expedited Orders Should you require expedited delivery, please proceed with the flat-rate shipping fee online and then contact us to arrange overnight or 2-day shipping. Please note that additional charges will apply.

Icon on Taylor bears no responsibility for the following:

  • Delays caused by USPS or UPS.
  • Packages returned due to incorrectly entered or undeliverable addresses.

Clothing items are eligible for return within 14 days. No jewelry, bags, home decor, or other items are eligible for return or refund. All sales besides clothing items are final.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
